Norwegian Cruise Line is the official cruise line of Blue Man Group, debuting for the first time at sea on Norwegian Epic, and the official cruise line of Legends in Concert.
We are looking for professional, enthusiastic and customer oriented part-time Guest Service Representatives for our Reservation Center in East Mesa.
Guest Service Representatives establish quality customer relationships and provide a concierge level of customer service to guests who initiate contact directly with Norwegian Cruise Line.
Guest Service Representatives process reservation orders requested directly by guests including new reservations, changes, cancellations, and taking payments. Guest Service Representatives will gather critical guest information and accurately enter data in to the lead generation system. Guest Service Representatives must have multitasking ability to provide service via phone and create notes in the system while researching information at the same time.

Do you have what it takes to be a Guest Service Representative?
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment is a must
• Exceptional telephone and customer service skills
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Must be available to work either AM shift including weekends or PM shift including weekends
