| Job Description: |
As a CSR, you would provide first call resolution for customers with non-technical issues ranging from returns to billing. The ultimate goal of this position is to extend customer contracts by offering different products and services that fit the customers’ needs.

$11.06-$13.00 per hour starting wages (based on experience);

Basic Qualifications include:
Must be 18 years old;
MINIMUM 1 year Customer Service or Sales Experience;
Strong computer skills using Windows based systems, ability to toggle multiple screens;
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays;
Must be able to complete a mandatory paid training program on-site
Background/Drug Screen required
